Report to: VP Business Development
Interrelationships:
Work with sales office, operating office, regional & business line managers
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to deliver targeted Account Sales per Budget per Asia region.
• Develop & implement business development strategies and objectives to increase market share of accounts
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operational results with accounts and benchmark with competition• Establishing and maintaining close and mutually beneficial relationships with the clients.
• Recruit resource allocation, capacity building & training of employees to ensure service excellence.
• Empower, motivate and retain staff through the creation of good teamwork & a can do attitude.
• Direct and oversee the regional Account Management teams to manage program regionally and new business with markets/regions for company’s products and services.
• Represent the company at Account Management business meetings and shows to promote the company.
• Direct the Account Reviews meeting
• Responsible for targeted sales through additional channels such as: cross selling all divisional services, new product sales targets, bundled sales through solutions
• Represent the appropriate Business Line to Key Accounts (sell new services, RFP, etc.)
• New program start-up and management for accounts
• Manage and mentor account management teams
• Responsible for Divisional projects as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree with at least 10 years of experience whereas at least 8 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in analyzing situations, developing strategies and creating executable plans that positively impact the sales and business.
• A strong network of relationship and established rapport with a large and diverse client and partner base is expected.
• Highly experienced in customer service and account management
• Experience in regional sales negotiations and contracts preferred
• Strong ability in effective communications with management, business partners, clients and staff members.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with the various regional cultures in a positive and constructive manner.
• High-energy, self-motivate, excellent leadership and strong business acumen. - 联系方式:
